NEA|HOFER Valves and Tube Fittings

Our comprehensive product range offers robust and durable valves and tube fittings for pressures up to 145,038 psi (10,000 bar). The components are suitable both for pressure and vacuum applications. All NEA|HOFER valves are approved for use in hazardous areas (zone 1).

Generally, valves are made of stainless steel and are operated manually or pneumatically, either with spring-to-open or spring-to-close systems.

Due to the divided stem, our NEA|HOFER valves are particularly wear resistant. An exchangeable seat allows convenient and inexpensive maintenance. Furthermore, our dynamic stem sealing system ensures that the valves are almost without leakage. In general, our NEA|HOFER valves are available from stock.

System Technical Gases

Our NEA|HOFER System Technical Gases absorb vibrations as well as impacts and thus remain reliable, firm and tight. They are designed for PN 400 and available in versions up to DN 15. The whole system is characterized by its simple operation and particular robustness: it is easy to install and disassemble without any axial movement of the tubing (zero clearance assembly), and even after repeated assembly and disassembly there is no loss of clamping force. Shut-off valves with bellows are available on request.

Our System Technical Gases is also supplied in special designs for oxygen service, including burn-out-safety certificates by BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing) in Berlin.

System Block

Our NEA|HOFER System Block offers an extensive range of valves and tubes with solder and weld-free connections. Among other things, it contains shut-off and check valves, connecting parts, reducers, adapters, and glands. Numerous components are designed for PN 4000 and available in versions up to DN 25. Manual valves can also be supplied with a regulating cone.

Safety Valves

In normal operating conditions, safety valves are supposed to close tightly, and they must open if the pressure increases to an inadmissibly high figure; they must avoid further pressure increase and they must shut again, after the pressure has been reduced. Our NEA|HOFER safety valves meet these requirements in all respects and can be used for almost all gases, vapors and liquids. Our safety valves are designed for operating pressures from 726 psi to 60,915 psi (50 bar to 4000 bar) and are available with various connections.

Furthermore, we offer a special design and a selection of materials for valves for oxygen service. These have been certified by BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing) in Berlin.
