Cyclone Classifier CSF

Our cyclone classifier CSF enables extra precise separating cuts in the fineness range between 5 µm and 250 μm. The cyclone supplies narrow particle size distributions and separates fine fractions efficiently, e.g. for reducing the fine dust share for specific products.

The cyclone classifier also provides the option of inline operation combined with different mill designs or in a separate classification system. It is also highly suitable for retrofitting existing systems. The areas of application for the cyclone classifier are varied, for example for dust removal, separation of impurities or to manufacture homogenous grain ranges.

Cyclone Classifier CSF - Fast and Reliable

The air flow which is loaded with grist enters the cyclone housing via an inlet spiral. The fine material follows the air flow through the rotating classifier wheel and the coarse material drops down the housing wall. The rotation speed of the classifier wheel regulates the separation limit between fine and coarse material in a simple, fast and reliable manner.

The CSF cyclone classifier is available as a pressure shock resistant PSR 11 version. The classifier is easy to retrofit to a cyclone separator. Its practical swiveling travel device enables fast product changes and easy cleaning.
