NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP South East Asia
NEUMAN & ESSER South East Asia (SEA) is located in the district of Phe in Rayong, Thailand. It was initially established here in 1998 as a service center for NEA compressor customers in the South-East Asian region from Korea to New Zealand. With only a handful of employees from the outset, NEA SEA has now grown into a full Sales and Application Center with over 60 employees.
The aftermarket is covered by the local NEAC company and supports customers with installation, commissioning and overhaul services. Furthermore, spare parts support and technical services and diagnostics are handled by more than 15 employees.
With a highly skilled team, NEA SEA provides the full range of technical and commercial support during bidding. All project management and execution during the course of the projects is provided by a high caliber international project management team from the day of purchase until on-site commissioning. The aftermarket sales, order processing and service teams show strength with strong local teamwork combined with decentralized employees in several countries within the sales area.
The NEA SEA site in Phe incorporates 18,000m2 of offices, workshops and green area, divided into:
- Fabrication shop area of 2,000m2
- Packaging shop: assembly area of 1,500m2 for skids
- Offices: 1,200m2
- Valve repair shop & inspection area: 300m2
- Spare parts storage and consignment stores of 300m2
The NEA SEA location in Phe Rayong was carefully picked to be in the close vicinity of our major customers in Thailand since Rayong is the main petrochemicals and chemicals production hub in Thailand. Phe Rayong is some two hours away from Bangkok International Airport, connected via motorways, making it easy to reach. Thailand’s major export port is located in Leamchabang, about 80 km from the NEA SEA facilities. The compressor packages are transported from there.
