The NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP (NEA) has acquired the company INDUTEC from the company INDUTEC Industrietechnik GmbH's assets in insolvency.
Since the transfer of holdings on March 1, 2013, the NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP is the legal owner of the business operations of INDUTEC and entitled to continue these.
With the acquisition of INDUTEC's business operations, the NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP is the legal and exclusive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the existing population of INDUTEC products.
Mr. Walter STRERATH (Walter.Strerath(at)neuman-esser.de, +49 (0) 2451 481 210) will remain as an entrusted contact person for INDUTEC product customers for new machines, OEM spare parts and service.
