NEUMAN & ESSER assumes social responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has always been of utmost importance to NEUMAN & ESSER (NEA). The focus is especially on all charitable and educational projects in the local environment. Among other things it is NEA’s intention to arouse young people’s enthusiasm for technology, for example by way of a cooperation with the grammar school of Baesweiler or by providing targeted support for the girls and boys of the neighbouring general secondary school in Übach-Palenberg
At all sites in Germany, even in economically underdeveloped areas, NEA provides training for more young people than actually required. In this context it has to be mentioned that the more than 90 young people cannot only choose among classical professions. Cooperating with the European University of Applied Science in Brühl, the University of Applied Science in Aachen, and the University of Zittau/Görlitz, NEA additionally offers dual trainings. Health and safety at work are another central issue with NEUMAN & ESSER, proved among others by the certification according to OHSAS 18001. It is likewise applicable for all company locations. Whether India or Brazil, Thailand or China – there are everywhere identical guidelines for operational and occupational safety.
